Ability to interpret logical and physical network data (fibre, access, capacity, inventory). Experience working with structured and unstructured datasets. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to clearly communicate technical data to non-technical stakeholders. Strong documentation and reporting discipline. Responsibilities: Collect, validate, and analyse data from multiple network and programme sources (e.g. CRM systems, network inventory systems, design repositories, and deployment trackers). Ensure completeness, accuracy, and consistency of logical and physical network data (e.g. routes, nodes, access points, capacity attributes). Maintain structured datasets supporting fibre deployment, access provisioning, survey outputs, and as-built records. Translate complex technical and operational data into clear, concise, stakeholder-ready reports and dashboards. Produce regular operational, SLA, KPI, and performance reports for programme governance forums. Support management reviews by providing insight-led commentary, trends, risks, and variance analysis. Ensure data handling and reporting complies with UK regulatory expectations, contractual obligations, and internal governance standards. Maintain full data traceability, version control, and evidence to support audits and Home Office compliance checks. Support information security and data protection requirements, ensuring appropriate access controls and secure handling of sensitive data.
