Candidate Profile
This is a fantastic opportunity to the join the growing team in EMEA focused on sales growth into the UK Aerospace and Defense markets. Based remotely the successful candidate will act as the focal point for all sales and projects in the UK. Emphasis will be placed on identifying new business opportunities, design in activity, developing existing relationships and project management.
Your Main Tasks
* Sales & Business Development: Identify and convert sales opportunities, negotiate pricing, provide quotations, and promote the full product portfolio.
* Grow strong client relationships through regular communication and support including regular site visits, virtual calls and emails.
* Prepare sales forecasts and strategic account plans including participating in customer business reviews.
* Conduct market analysis, identify, track and convert new programme opportunities’
* Project manage complex engineering projects, co-ordinate logistics and other project responses.
* Reporting as required against monthly sales figures and project status to ensure transparency and sales pipeline progress.
Candidate Profile
* Sales experience in Aerospace and Defense (5+ years) or similar markets desirable.
* Strong interpersonal, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
* Electrical or Aerospace Engineering qualification desirable.
* Strong business acumen with a proven track record in business development.
* Project Management experience.

* Highly organized, self-motivated, and results-driven in demanding environments.
