About The Role
We are seeking a results‑driven Sales Manager to join our team in the Lincolnshire area, covering Rotherham, Lincoln, Doncaster and Scunthorpe. The role requires flexibility to travel to various showrooms across the UK and reliable transport is essential.
We offer a basic salary of £28,000 plus bonus (OTE £34 k) and paid travel expenses.

Main Responsibilities
* Ensure every customer is approached, experiences our design excellence, and is sold their dream kitchen
* Identify additional opportunities to increase showroom sales
* Assist the General Manager in recruiting and training people who will support showroom success
* Ensure the delivery of exceptional customer service
In addition to any other duties, you must read, understand, and adhere to policies and procedure relating to Health and Safety, and your responsibilities located in the Integrated Management System (IMS) Responsibilities document.

* Sales‑driven with a can‑do attitude and hands‑on approach
* Ability to coach, motivate and inspire others to achieve KPIs
* Committed to delivering exceptional customer service
* Happy to work the majority of weekends and bank holidays
* Must have access to reliable transport
