FSN are looking for an experienced, motivated manager to manage and support a team of youth workers and tutors to deliver youth activities.
YOUTH SERVICES MANAGER
(Funded by the St. Andrews Trust, Bexhill)
Salary £29,747 per annum FTE
Pro rata for 25 hours p/w, all year round
Based at the Robsack Centre
*Successful applicant will be required to undertake an enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check
You will inspire and lead the youth work team, and develop a Youth Voice. You will need to have experience of direct engagement and networking with partners and agencies. Your role will include recruiting and supporting volunteers and peer mentors. You will play an active role as part of FSN’s senior management team, engaging in decision making and innovation, in particular in areas of strategic planning and operations.
