Key Responsibilities

Provide support to pupils with ASD, ADHD, SEMH, and other additional needs

Work 1:1 or with small groups to support both learning and behaviour

Support pupils who may be non-verbal or require personal care, with empathy and respect

Collaborate closely with class teachers and fellow support staff to ensure a positive and productive learning environment

Requirements
