Central Employment are working with an established Independent Performance Marketing Agency, as they look to recruit a client facing, commercially savvy Digital Account Manager, joining their Client Services team in Newcastle.
Circa £35,000 DOE + benefits and account based performance bonus
Newcastle based, then hybrid post probation
You will lead the development and execution of cutting-edge digital marketing strategies, ensuring that our services exceed client expectations and deliver exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities
* Act as the main liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
* Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive digital marketing strategies tailored to client goals.
* Monitor and analyse campaign performance, providing insightful reports and recommendations to optimise results.
* Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure timely and successful execution of campaigns.
* Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance our service offerings.
* Identify opportunities for account growth and work towards expanding client engagements.
Experience Requirements
* Demonstrable experience working within a marketing/performance agency is essential, 2-3 yrs min
* Proven track record of leading and executing successful digital marketing strategies for clients.
* Strong understanding of various digital marketing channels, including SEO, PPC, social media, content marketing, and analytics.
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
* Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
* Excellent project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
