Regional HR Business Partner - North
Based: North West/Midlands with travel (Hybrid)
Up to £60,000 basic salary plus Car/Car Allowance, Bonus & benefits
Our client is a diverse, multi-site organisation, grown considerably both organically and via acquisitions. They are looking to appoint a Regional HR Business Partner to lead the delivery of HR projects and initiatives across the region for a major division, acting as a Business Partner to Directors and Line Managers.
Reporting into the HR Director, this is a challenging and interesting role, where you will be a key member of the regional leadership teams and responsible for the implementation of the people strategy ensuring the delivery of the business objectives and targets. You will also be responsible for supporting the Talent Management agenda within the division, driving the performance management agenda and succession planning programme across the business unit as well as delivering commercial HR solutions and projects, which develops talent, enhances employee engagement and is able to support a changing and growing organisation.
