We’re working with a growing London pub company with venues that combine great food, drinks, sports, and a friendly, local atmosphere. They’re searching for a General Manager who knows how to create a welcoming experience, motivate and develop a strong team, and run a smooth, profitable operation.
The General Manager’s role
* Take full ownership of a busy, vibrant pub.
* Leading and inspiring your team to deliver exceptional service.
* Managing daily operations, including bar, kitchen, and floor.
* Overseeing budgets, costs, and reporting.
* Recruiting, training, and developing staff.
* Maintaining high standards while fostering a fun, inclusive atmosphere.
* Driving sales while ensuring the pub remains a favourite local spot.
Who We’re Looking For
* A people‑focused leader with experience running a high‑volume pub, bar, or hospitality venue.
* Someone who thrives on building strong teams and retaining great talent.
* Commercially minded with operational and financial understanding.
* Energetic, hands‑on, and passionate about creating memorable guest experiences.
