The In Home Behavioral Therapist (IHBS) will provide structured, consistent, strength-based therapeutic interventions in a client’s home for the purpose of treating a youth’s behavioral needs. IHBS Therapists support caregivers to better understand their children's needs by exploring patterns of behavior and improving communication.

Qualifications
* Master's degree in counseling, psychology, special education or related human services field
* Minimum 1 year of experience working with children, youth and families in a home or community setting highly desirable
* Experience working with children diagnosed with behavioral-emotional disorders preferred
* Experience with working with children on the autism spectrum desirable
* Valid driver’s license with reliable and consistent access to a vehicle
* Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa at this time
* Access to a laptop or CPS, high speed secure internet, and a phone required for fee-for-service and full time positions

Compensation
* Full-time salary: $64,000 - $72,000; incentive rate $60 per hour over productivity
* Fee-for-service rate: $50 - $70 per hour
