Description There is a new, challenging opportunity for an experienced, confident and capable leader to take up the role of Shift Manager, leading our night shift operations Monday to Friday (22:00pm until 06:00am). How will you contribute? Reports to the National 3PL Manager Direct Line responsibility for the leadership of c. 13 Warehouse Operatives and 1 Team Leader Provide a focus on; onwards, upwards and outwards Ensure the delivery of contractual KPI’s and budget requirements Ensuring effective communication throughout the operational leadership team; communicating planned requirements providing information on performance, company news and procedures Driving a continuous improvement programme, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and effectiveness What will you bring?
