The setting promotes creativity, curiosity, and confidence in every child. What We’re Looking For Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education (or equivalent). Proven experience in a nursery, preschool, or childcare setting. Strong understanding of EYFS principles, safeguarding, and child development. Excellent communication, organisational, and teamwork skills. Passionate about creating a positive, inclusive learning environment for children. Key Responsibilities As a Nursery Practitioner (Level 3), you will: Provide outstanding care and education for children aged 0–5, following the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS). Plan and deliver stimulating, age-appropriate activities that encourage learning and development. Observe, track, and assess children’s progress, adapting learning plans to individual needs. Promote a safe, clean, and secure nursery environment that meets all safeguarding and health & safety regulations.
