Job Title: Physiotherapist - CMATS Spinal Locum
Location: Glan Clwyd Hospital, Rhyl, Denbighshire, LL18 5UJ

Salary: £23 - £29 per hour
We are seeking an experienced Specialist Physiotherapist to join our Clinical Musculoskeletal Assessment and Treatment Service (CMATS), focusing on spinal conditions. This is a locum position for a Band 7 clinician who will manage highly complex patients presenting with both acute and routine spinal issues.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Assess and treat patients with complex spinal conditions.
2. Provide expert clinical input within a multidisciplinary team.
3. Support service delivery and maintain high standards of care.
Essential Qualifications:
We are looking for an experienced Physiotherapist with:
4. Physiotherapy degree (or equivalent qualification) .
5. HCPC Registration .
6. Minimum 2 years' post-qualification experience .
7. Minimum of 6 months UK NHS healthcare settings experience .
8. Enhanced DBS clearance required .
9. Full UK right to work.
Key Requirements:
10. Strong MSK experience, particularly with complex spinal cases.
11. Proven background in CMATS, Primary Care, or First Contact Practitioner roles.
12. Completed NMR training (essential) - enabling referral for X-rays and MRI scans.
13. Ability to work autonomously and deliver high-quality patient care.
