Residential Conveyancer Role Overview As a Residential Property Conveyancer, you will manage a varied and high-volume caseload of residential property transactions from instruction through to completion. Matters will include: Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases Buy-to-let and residential investment transactions Remortgages and refinancing work New build conveyancing Transfers of equity and joint ownership matters Probate-related property sales Matrimonial property transactions Help to Buy and Shared Ownership schemes You will liaise with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders and other solicitors to ensure smooth and efficient progression of files. Candidate Requirements To be considered for this Residential Conveyancer role, you should have: A minimum of 2 years’ experience in residential conveyancing Proven ability to manage a full conveyancing caseload independently Experience handling files from instruction to completion Strong client care and communication skills Excellent organisation and attention to detail Formal qualifications are not essential.
