This is a brilliant opportunity for someone with strong HR generalist expertise who thrives on both strategic projects and hands-on HR delivery.\n\nHR Business Partner\n\n Permanent Role\nMonday to Thursday, 8:00am – 4:30pm, Friday 8:00am – 3:30pm\nVery Competitive Salary & Benefits Package\n\n Coventry\n\nHR Business Partner\n\n Job Description\n\nLead a team of 3 HR Specialists and an HR Administrator, ensuring high-quality delivery of HR services across the site.\nPartner with senior leaders and managers across various divisions to develop people strategies aligned with the business strategy.\nDrive employee engagement, diversity & inclusion, and talent development initiatives tailored to stakeholder needs.\nOversee all aspects of the employee lifecycle, including ER case management, performance cycles, succession planning, and workforce development.\nUse data and people metrics to identify trends, manage risk, and shape proactive HR solutions across a large and dynamic workforce. \n\n HR Business Partner\n\n Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications\n\nProven HR generalist experience, ideally in manufacturing or engineering environments.\nStrong knowledge of UK employment law and confident in handling complex employee relations cases.\nExperience leading and developing HR teams in a high-volume, shared-service or multi-site context.\nExceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.\nCIPD Level 7 qualified or equivalent senior HR qualification. \n\n HR Business Partner\n\n Employee Benefits\n\nBonus – 12.5%\n10% Pension \n\n If this sounds like your next career move, please click ‘apply
