The Role:
1. Provide 1:1 support for a pupil with additional needs.
2. Assist with general classroom duties and small group work.
3. Work closely with colleagues to ensure the pupil’s progress and wellbeing.
Requirements:
4. Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant or in a similar role.
5. Ability to build positive relationships with pupils and staff.
6. A caring, patient, and proactive approach.
