The Role
As our Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, increasing sales, building corporate partnerships, and strengthening our market presence.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement business growth strategies
* Identify new revenue streams (corporate catering, events, partnerships, delivery platforms, etc.)
* Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and local businesses
* Analyse market trends and competitor activity
* Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to drive customer acquisition
* Meet and exceed revenue targets
* Represent the restaurant at networking events and industry functions
Requirements
* Proven experience in business development, sales, or hospitality growth management
* Strong understanding of the UK hospitality market
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills
* Target-driven with a proactive mindset
* Ability to work independently and strategically
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field (preferred)
