Food-to-Go Procurement Category Manager | Up to £65,000 + 20% Bonus & More | Central London / Surrey / Berkshire (Hybrid)

Develop and execute category strategies for retail food spend, including confectionery, snacks, nuts, chocolate, healthy products, and convenience foods. Ideal candidates will have strong buying, procurement, or account management experience negotiating with major suppliers in food & beverages, and be ambitious professionals such as Buyers, Category Managers, or Account Managers with relevant industry experience.
The company offers up to £65,000 + 20% bonus with flexible hybrid working from Central London or Surrey offices.
Role Responsibilities:
1. Create category strategies and growth plans based on market opportunities.
2. Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders and suppliers to achieve cost savings and drive innovation.
3. Manage performance, accounts, and contracts to maximize savings and client retention.
Required Experience:
1. Commercial acumen and direct procurement experience in Food & Beverages categories across relevant industries.
2. Experience in procurement, category management, or account management.
3. Strong negotiation skills and ability to influence stakeholders and suppliers.
