We are currently seeking a dedicated and adaptable Construction Skills Tutor to join our team in our Post-16 alternative provision setting. Youll be working with learners who haveEducation, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs)and may sometimes display challenging behaviours. Our learners thrive with tutors who are patient, enthusiastic, and genuinely committed to helping young people overcome barriers and unlock their potential.
What You'll Do:
* Deliver engaging, hands-on sessions inbrickwork, plastering, joinery, and other construction trades
* Support learners in developing practical skills and industry knowledge
* Build positive and supportive relationships to inspire and motivate
* Work collaboratively within a supportive, learner-focused team
* Adapt to timetable changes and support in other curriculum areas when needed
