Overview
Employment Associate/Senior Associate - Bournemouth Legal 500 firm are looking for an experienced employment lawyer ready to take the next step in their career. If you're an Associate or Senior Associate with at least five years' post-qualification experience, this is a chance to join a respected team working on a wide range of employment law matters in a dynamic, commercially focused setting.
With a mix of both contentious and non-contentious employment work, you'll be advising clients with clarity and confidence, handling litigation and tribunal work, drafting contracts and policies, and responding to new enquiries with professionalism and warmth. You'll also contribute to the team's growth by mentoring junior colleagues, sharing insights, and helping shape the future of our employment law offering. Business development and marketing will be part of your remit too, so a proactive mindset is key.
We're after someone who's comfortable managing a busy caseload independently, with a sharp eye for detail and a genuine commitment to client service. Experience in immigration law or a willingness to learn is a bonus.

Qualifications
