Role Description
This is a part-time, on-site role for an Optical Assistant based in London. The Optical Assistant will assist with scheduling appointments, assisting patients during eye examinations, and helping with the selection and fitting of eyewear. Other responsibilities include maintaining a welcoming environment, supporting the optometrist, ensuring customer satisfaction, and handling administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications
* Strong Interpersonal Skills and a customer-focused approach to ensure an excellent experience
* Proficiency in Customer Service and Communication to interact effectively with patients and colleagues
* Knowledge of Optometry or prior experience in an optical environment is an advantage
* Attention to detail, organizational skills, and willingness to learn new skills
* Ability to work on-site in London
