Part Time Call Centre Controller positions available to join our busy 24/7 call centre in Edinburgh.
Job Requirements/Responsibilities:
* Experience in taxi industry with previous dispatch/control role in taxi call centre
* Proficient in workings and control of taxi booking system
* Management of workload and dispatching of jobs to drivers
* Effective Communication with public/customers/account holders/staff and drivers
* Dealing with any driver issues
* Manage call centre room including staff/breaks
* Effective feedback communication and management
* Technical ability to ensure smooth running of call centre operation room
* Oversee feedback management of agents
* PC Administration work competence, ensuring key information is logged and completed for shift
* Interest and ability to lead the shift with a positive attitude
* Promote positive team working environment and calmness
