The Role: As Practice Manager, you will be responsible for the smooth day-to-day running of the practice, ensuring both patients and staff have the best possible experience. This is a leadership position that combines business administration, team management, and a commitment to exceptional service. Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily operations of the dental practice. Manage staff rotas, recruitment, training, and HR-related tasks. Ensure compliance with CQC, GDC, and other regulatory bodies. Handle patient feedback, complaints, and service improvement initiatives. Monitor KPIs and manage budgets, billing, and financial reporting. Support marketing and patient acquisition efforts. Maintain and promote health and safety standards. Work closely with clinical staff to ensure high standards of patient care. Requirements: Proven experience as a Practice Manager (dental or medical preferred). Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities. Knowledge of dental software systems,R4. Understanding of CQC standards and compliance. Financial acumen and budgeting experience. A positive, proactive, and professional attitude. Desirable: Relevant qualifications in practice management or leadership. Familiarity with private and NHS dental care.
