Taylor Stevenson is proud to be working with a successful Doncaster-based manufacturer who specialise in the draining industry are seeking a Key Account Manager to join their friendly and growing team. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting Key Customer Accounts, ensuring the smooth running of daily operations while contributing to the company’s continued success.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and nurture a portfolio of key client accounts, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
* Be the first point of contact for customer queries, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
* Liaise daily with the sales team to ensure seamless order processing and service delivery.
* Provide comprehensive administrative support to the sales team
* Maintain and update customer and sales records accurately
* Assist in preparing sales reports, documents, and presentations
* Use software such as Excel, Word, Outlook, and NetSuite/Web Control
* Prioritise and manage workload effectively to meet deadlines
* Input and manage data efficiently, ensuring accuracy across all systems
* Continuously look for ways to improve internal processes and the customer journey.
Experience & Skills
* Proven experience in customer service, account management, or an internal sales role
* Demonstrated ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
* Experience working with cross-functional teams to deliver client solutions.
* Strong organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple prioritise in a fast-paced setting.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Excellent time management and communication abilities
Salary: £30,000–£35,000 (depending on experience)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am–5:00pm
