Salary: £25,000 - £32,000 per annum Working Pattern: Full time, 37 hours per week, including regular evening and weekend work Closing Date: 22nd September Interview Date: Week commencing 29th September The Role The Pathway Coach will support the development of a Flatwater Junior pathway at Royal Canoe Club, alongside delivering key strategic objectives of the England Talent Programme. The role will equip junior paddlers with the key skills and attributes required to become successful flatwater athletes, who can progress towards future Olympic programmes, and offer opportunities to support developing paddlers by acting as a hub for paddlers from other local clubs, to be able to access sessions and engage in a training group. The role will deliver identified annual club objectives, such as establishing and sustaining recruitment programmes and supporting with the delivery at GB Junior Training Squad and Junior Development Squad events.
