Principal Associate – Commercial Litigation

Your Role
This is a rewarding opportunity working alongside highly experienced Partners and managing a diverse caseload of complex, high-value commercial disputes.
What you’ll do:
* Manage complex commercial litigation from pre-action to Court of Appeal
* Advise and conduct negotiations, mediations, and arbitrations
* Draft litigation strategies and documentation
* Supervise and mentor lawyers
* Contribute to firmwide initiatives and drive financial and client objectives
