The Head of Transformation Change is accountable for ensuring that transformation initiatives are successful adopted, embedded and sustained across the organisation.
The role holder will lead the change strategy that enable people, leaders, and teams to transition effectively from current to future ways of working, ensuring Transformation delivers its intended business outcomes.
