We are a UK-based professional services firm working with small and medium-sized businesses.
We are expanding our outbound sales team and are looking for motivated, confident individuals to manage the full sales process with company directors – from first call through to closing.
This is a phone-based, performance-focused role suited to people who are resilient, commercially minded, and comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
The Role
You will be responsible for:

Making outbound calls to UK business owners
*
Introducing and explaining our services clearly and professionally
*
Handling questions and objections
*
Presenting suitable solutions
*
Closing sales where appropriate

You must have:

Previous B2B telesales or outbound sales experience
*
The ability to learn and follow structured scripts and FAQs
*
Confidence discussing fees and closing deals
Full training and ongoing support will be provided.
What We Offer
*
£12.50 per hour base pay.
*
Bonus for succesful deals - £50 per deal. Minimum 2 deals per week.

Hours & Availability
We currently have limited part-time slots available (16 hours per week). You must be able to get to our office in Burnley Centre every day for your shift.
Shifts are available Tuesday to Friday:

9:30am – 1:30pm
*
1:30pm – 5:30pm
