Electrical Maintenance Engineer role at TipTopJob. Multi-skilled electrical maintenance engineer with experience in electrical systems.
Location: Central London. Schedule: Monday to Friday 8am–5pm. Salary: GBP 45,000 + overtime. Static site: Central London. Progression and further training.
Responsibilities
* PPM (Planned Preventative Maintenance) and reactive issues on site
* Power distribution, lighting, emergency lighting, and control systems
* HVAC systems, AHUs, pumps, and motors
* Flushing
* Fault finding, diagnosis, and repairs
* Dealing with contractors
Requirements
* Level 3 electrical installations or equivalent
* 18th edition wiring regulations
