As a key member of the hire desk, you will support the day‑to‑day operation of the department, ensuring customers receive a smooth, efficient, and friendly service.

£30,000 - £33,000 per annum (DOE)
Start Date: ASAP
Location - West Lothian
Key Responsibilities:
Manage customer enquiries via phone and email
Process Hire Contracts to our Syrinx system
Co-ordinate closely with other departments to monitor equipment availability
Load purchase orders to our Syrinx system
Undertake other office duties
