Job Title: Care Assistant – Nights
Salary: £13.62ph (£12.62 for 18‑21 year olds)
Hours: Full Time (7pm‑7am, 3 shifts per week including alternate weekends)

About Oxendon House Care Home
Oxendon House is located in the quaint village of Great Oxendon, 3 miles south of Market Harborough. The home is set around an attractive country house and offers personal and dementia care for 43 residents.
Role Responsibilities
* Provide the highest level of care, supporting residents in daily living (personal care, washing, dressing, eating).
* Promote residents’ independence, choice, dignity and respect, while supporting physical and emotional wellbeing.
* Complete all Daily Charts to a high standard, ensuring ≥90% achievement during Monthly Daily Charts Audits.
* Maintain up‑to‑date mandatory training throughout the year.
Role Requirements
* Clear motivations and/or relevant experience.
* Residing within 30 minutes of the care home.
* Ability to work under pressure.
* Written and oral communication skills.
* Caring and nurturing attitude.
