Day-to-day of the role:
* Assist in delivering creative and inclusive lessons tailored to a diverse group of students.
* Provide focused one-to-one and small group support, especially for pupils with SEN.
* Help maintain a safe, organised, and inspiring classroom environment.
* Support lesson planning and contribute to the creation of engaging educational displays.
* Encourage pupils to develop independence, confidence, and a love of learning.
* Collaborate with teaching staff, families, and external professionals to support pupil progress and address individual needs effectively.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
1. Proven experience working with children, ideally within a school setting.
2. Confidence and capability in supporting children with SEN, such as autism, ADHD, and speech and language needs.
