Working Hours
* Monday to Friday: 08:00 – 21:00
* Saturday: 09:00 – 17:00
* Sunday: 10:00 – 17:00
Responsibilities
* Handle calls from customers and suppliers, providing empathetic support and tailored claims solutions.
* Manage claims, make liability decisions, and set clear customer expectations.
* Contribute to the full claims process as the role evolves.
Requirements
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks effectively.
* Strong team player with a proactive attitude and excellent customer service skills.
* Competent with digital tools, including Microsoft Outlook and Word.
* Optional: contact centre experience, valid UK driver’s license, and driving experience.

Work Environment
