Our client, a leading life sciences organisation, is seeking a commercially astute lawyer to lead its EMEA legal function.
This senior role partners closely with regional executives and global stakeholders to enable business growth, manage risk and deliver high-quality legal support across multiple jurisdictions.
As the primary legal advisor to EMEA you will:
* Lead and develop the regional legal team.
* Provide commercially focused advice across legal, regulatory and operational matters.
* Proactively identify and manage risk, ensuring robust compliance across EMEA.
* Oversee disputes, investigations and external counsel.
* Advise on data protection, including GDPR and cross-border issues.
* Manage the EMEA legal budget and align regional strategy with global frameworks.
About You
* Qualified lawyer (admitted in at least one jurisdiction).
* Significant experience in life sciences, healthcare or biopharma.
* Proven senior leadership across EMEA jurisdictions.
* Strong commercial judgement across contracts, compliance, employment, data protection and disputes.
* Clear communicator, collaborative and solutions-focused
