What Youll Be Doing Property Check-Ins & Check-Outs Welcome tenants, carry out detailed inventories, and make sure properties start and end tenancies in top condition.
Capture clear photographic evidence and explain findings in a friendly, professional way.
Maintenance Coordination Spot issues, instruct contractors, and oversee works to get properties back to their best.
Source competitive quotes and make recommendations to our directors.
Keep projects on budget, on time, and to a high standard.
Property Inspections Visit each property twice a year to ensure its in great condition.
Write clear, insightful reports and suggest improvements.
Deposit Claims Management Review check-out reports and inspection notes to prepare fair, evidence-based deposit claims.
Ensure everything is done legally and transparently.
Communication & Reporting Be the go-to person for tenants, and contractors and the Directors.
Keep accurate, organised records and keep directors informed.

Requirements: Strong organisational skills and an eagle eye for detail.
Friendly, professional communication skills.
Ability to prioritise and meet deadlines.
A full UK driving licence and your own car.
Experience in property, lettings, or maintenance coordination is helpful but well train the right person.
