Job Description:
The FA is seeking a relationship builder with project management experience and a passion for female health to lead the Female Health and Wellbeing Strategy, fostering collaboration across the organization.
This role can be based at Wembley Stadium or the National Football Centre, St. George's Park.

Responsibilities:
* Strategic Development and Delivery: Lead the evolution of the FA's Female Health and Wellbeing Framework, manage stakeholder relationships, and support strategic objectives.
* Alignment and Centralisation: Develop a trusted ecosystem, ensure consistent messaging, and identify cross-business opportunities.
* Project and Budget Management: Oversee governance, reporting, and the budget for female health initiatives.
* Business Planning: Integrate female health into departmental plans and facilitate ongoing delivery strategies.
Qualifications:
Essential:
* Strong relationship-building skills across stakeholders.
* Ability to translate strategic goals into operational plans.
* Experience in programme and project leadership.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills.
* Organisational and planning skills.
* Valid full driving license.
