What You’ll Be Doing
* Leading the day-to-day operations of the site, ensuring exceptional standards throughout
* Managing on-site teams and external contractors to deliver high-quality services
* Managing budgets, monitoring spend, and supporting financial processes
* Building strong relationships with tenants, stakeholders, and partners
* Supporting site developments, refurbishments, and new tenant fit-outs
* Driving continuous improvement across operations, sustainability, and occupier experience
