What the role involves: •Working 1:1 and in small groups with pupils who require tailored emotional, behavioural, and academic support •Adapting classroom materials and strategies to ensure learning is accessible and engaging •Supporting regulation strategies, sensory needs, and transitions throughout the day •Collaborating closely with teachers, SENCOs, and parents to track progress and adapt support plans •Championing inclusion and creating safe, predictable routines Who we’re looking for: •You’ve already worked in a school setting and have substantial experience supporting pupils with ASD and/or ADHD •You understand challenging behaviour and know how to respond with calm, consistency •You’re emotionally intelligent, quick to adapt, and genuinely passionate about supporting neurodivergent learners •You hold a valid DBS on the Update Service (or are willing to get one quickly) If you have the experience and commitment apply with your CV today.
