An opportunity exists inside IR 35 for an experienced civils Quantity Surveyor on a major bridge refurbishment project. You’ll play a key role in managing project costs, preparing forecasts, and overseeing payments to ensure financial efficiency and control throughout the project lifecycle. Your responsibilities will include - Manage all cost planning, budget control, and forecasting activities for the project. Prepare and submit valuations, interim applications, and final accounts. Oversee subcontractor accounts, including payments, variations, and contract administration. Provide accurate cost reports and financial forecasts to Commercial Manager. Support procurement, contract reviews, and project change management. Ensure compliance with contract requirements. Manage the Assistant Quantity Surveyor The requirements for this post are - Degree/Diploma in Quantity Surveying or similar Proven experience as a Project Quantity Surveyor within highways, bridge, or civil engineering projects. Strong understanding of cost control, forecasting, and contract management. Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
