About the Position Mixed Associate Dentist position – NHS stability and Private conversion support 3-4 days per week available – flexible days to suit you – Monday to Friday available 1 late evening per week 2 Saturdays/month (private only) Up to £13.50 per UDA (depending on experience) Up to 5,000 UDAs available annually (flexible and based on working day uptake) 45% private split – fee per item and plan patients Private potential and conversion actively demonstrated and achievable – demonstrated successes of up to £40K per month in private income at a sister practice Stable patient diary – good earning from day one!
