As Senior Brunch Chef, you will ensure the quality and presentation of the food served from the Kitchen is of the highest standard at all times. You will work with the Head Chef to ensure a smooth running daily kitchen operation, maintaining and enhancing service to the guests and to maximise profit at all times. You will also work to ensure that all areas of the venue are operating at the highest food safety levels at all times.
You will be a team player and, where required, be flexible and adaptable to support in our kitchen areas as the business needs dictate.

What You Can Expect Your Responsibilities to Be…
* Managing all aspects of a high‑volume and fast‑paced kitchen in the absence of the Head Chef
* Lead the team to follow the company specification for all food in the absence of the Head Chef
* Motivate all team members in the absence of the Head Chef
* Display a smart and professional appearance, always striving to represent Trading Post Coffee Roasters in a positive way
