What you’ll be doing: Being the friendly, professional voice of the business – answering calls and emails Tracking deliveries, chasing couriers, and keeping customers updated Supporting managers with day-to-day admin so they can focus on business growth Managing freight bookings, invoices, and customer packs Helping with claims, aged debtor chasing, and telesales lead recording What we’re looking for: Confident on the phone and happy talking to customers and suppliers Organised with great attention to detail Comfortable using Word, Excel, Outlook (experience with booking systems a bonus) Calm under pressure and able to juggle multiple tasks Positive, proactive, and willing to get stuck in To be considered for this this role click “apply” and submit a copy of your up-to-date CV
