Job Title: Website Administrator

Role Purpose
The Website Product Administrator is responsible for ensuring that all products on the companys website are accurately listed, maintained, and kept up to date. This role is essential in providing customers with a seamless online shopping experience, ensuring product data is correct, stock availability is clear, and promotions are implemented as planned.
Key Responsibilities of a Website Admininistrator
* Product Uploads & Maintenance
o Upload new products to the website, including images, descriptions, specifications, and pricing.
o Ensure all product information is accurate and consistent with supplier data and company standards.
* Stock & Availability
o Update stock levels, availability messages, and lead times in line with information from suppliers and the warehouse.
o Remove discontinued products and update categories as required.
* Promotions & Pricing
o Apply discounts and promotional messaging in line with the promotional calendar.
o Check all promotional activity is displayed correctly and active during campaign periods.
