Your Role
As a key point of contact for our clients, you will ensure that quality and service standards are upheld across our national business. Your leadership will inspire General Managers and their teams to deliver a seamless customer experience while achieving strong commercial returns. Key Responsibilities
* Oversee a national portfolio with a focus on quality and service.
* Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring standards are met.
* Inspire and manage General Managers and their teams for seamless customer experiences.
* Lead future investment plans and projects, ensuring successful delivery.
Required Skills & Experience
* Experience: Multi-unit contract catering or catering business experience is essential.
* Problem-Solving: Ability to tackle complex business issues with creative solutions.
* Communication: Effective skills to motivate and engage at all organizational levels.
* Passion: A strong love for excellent food and hospitality.
* Leadership: Proven track record as an innovative and financially responsible manager.
* Demonstrated Leadership: Strong capabilities in leading teams effectively.
