Sales Administrator
We are recruiting for a Sales Administrator to join our Shenstone based client. This rapidly growing business is looking to extend their dedicated and focused team. As the Sales Administrator you will perform clerical duties alongside the sales team. If you are someone with strong customer service experience including dealing with sales orders, then this could be the role for you!
As a Sales Administrator you will need to have/be:
Computer literate, including proficiency with email and MS Office
Professional telephone manner
Strong attention to detail
Excellent communication and administrative skills
Excellent organisation and time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines
Ability to work co-operatively and collaboratively with all levels of employees, management, and external agencies
Ability to act and operate independently
Good verbal and written communication skillsDetails:

Working Hours: Monday - Friday 9.00am - 5.00pm

Duration: PermanentRole of Sales Administrator:
Processing and scheduling of customer orders efficiently
Raising sales orders ensuring accuracy
Answering sales calls
Delivering a high level of customer service
Liaising with warehouse in relation to stock
Responding to email enquiries
Building relationships with customers
Liaising with customers to update on delays/shortages/ delivery dates
