What You’ll Be Doing

* Grow and protect your client portfolio – Take ownership of a portfolio of existing clients, building trusted relationships and ensuring strong retention and recurring revenue growth.
* Drive strategic account growth – Identify and convert Phase 2 projects, optimisation reviews, change requests, and premium support opportunities that add real value to clients.
* Be the go‑to partner – Act as the primary point of contact for your clients, confidently handling escalations and ensuring challenges are resolved quickly and professionally.
* Deliver exceptional client experience – Proactively ensure clients perceive high value from their projects and support services, driving consistently high NPS scores and advocacy.
* Own your pipeline – Develop and execute account plans, manage opportunities from identification to signed Statement of Work, and keep CRM impeccably up to date.
* Promote Inspirational Clarity – Champion our methodology, helping clients see the bigger strategic picture and strengthening long‑term loyalty.
* Collaborate across the business – Work closely with Sales, CST, PMO, Marketing, and SLT to share insights, improve processes, and continuously enhance the customer journey.
* Support brand advocacy – Secure testimonials, case studies, referrals, and introductions, helping us grow through reputation and relationships.
* Contribute to continuous improvement – Refine account management best practices, share client feedback, and help shape how we elevate our service offering.
