Product Manager – Monetisation & Growth (Dating App)

Live in six countries and growing fast, the product is now focused on deepening engagement, increasing revenue, and optimising the user journey – from first swipe to premium subscription.
Why This Role
You’ll own a critical part of the product experience – either onboarding/growth or monetisation – and help define what success looks like across international markets.
Your work will directly impact match rates, conversion funnels, retention, and revenue uplift.
You’ll be joining a small, high-impact team where product decisions are grounded in data, experimentation, and real user insight.
What You’ll Be Doing
Product Ownership
* Lead premium feature development: subscriptions, in-app purchases, and upsell mechanics
* Own KPIs around conversion, retention, match success, and monetisation
Product Strategy
* Define and refine product roadmap based on behavioural data and market dynamics
* Influence broader strategy around growth and paywall features
Data-Led Iteration
* Drive A/B testing and user funnel analysis to validate ideas
* Partner with analytics and engineering to ship, test, and optimise
Cross-Functional Leadership
* Collaborate with marketing, design, trust & safety, and support
* Ensure seamless and ethical user journeys that drive results
Who We’re Looking For
Must-Have Experience
* 3+ years in product management, ideally in a dating or consumer app environment
* Strong understanding of monetisation levers and freemium models
* Experienced in data-led decision making, A/B testing, and mobile UX
Bonus Points
* Background in social platforms, matchmaking algorithms, or marketplace dynamics
* Familiarity with platforms like Tinder, Bumble, Badoo, or Facebook Dating
