Join us as a Healthcare Outcomes Manager covering the UK & Ireland and play a key role in shaping evidence that demonstrates the real world value of our technologies. This is a chance to influence clinical pathways, collaborate with experts across the healthcare system and bring compelling insights that help improve outcomes for patients across the country.

This is a 1-year fixed term contract opportunity.

What will you be doing?
In this role you will become the connector between data, clinical practice and meaningful change. You will build strong relationships with NHS stakeholders, working closely with system transformation, commercial and clinical partners to generate real world evidence that demonstrates the impact of Smith+Nephew's technologies. You will lead service improvement projects, analyse patient outcome data and help shape clinical pathways that guide better, more efficient care. You will translate insights into case studies, publications and value stories that support business cases and strategic decisions. Every day will bring the opportunity to influence patient care and collaborate with passionate experts across the UK.

• A strong background in healthcare with experience in quality improvement, service evaluation or data analytics


• The ability to interpret and communicate clinical and outcomes data clearly and persuasively


• Experience engaging with NHS teams at management level and working collaboratively across functions
