Project Administrator

Sedgwick is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Project Administrator to support our Major Projects and Strata Remedial team. This is a dynamic role that blends coordination, communication, and compliance in a fast-paced environment.


What are my accountabilities?

1. Coordinate project setup, expert engagements, and start-up activities.

2. Manage general enquiries, fee proposals, and client communications.

3. Support tender management, document control, and meeting coordination.

4. Assist Project Managers with planning, scheduling, and tracking activities.

5. Maintain project timelines, milestones, and deliverables in management systems.

6. Process work orders, invoices, and support cost reporting and progress claims.

7. Track internal billing and liaise with strata managers, owners’ corporations, and contractors.

8. Attend occasional in-person meetings and events to support service line promotion.

About you

9. Minimum 3 years’ experience in construction and/or insurance in a similar role.

10. Intermediate or higher proficiency in Microsoft Office.

11. Strong written and verbal communication skills.

12. Passion for customer service and stakeholder engagement.

13. Ability to manage competing priorities with agility and professionalism.

14. Experience with platforms like Salesforce, Procore, Safety Culture, Power BI, and MS Teams (desirable).

15. Tertiary qualifications in building, construction, or engineering (desirable).
