This is a permanent, part-Time role (16 hours per week, which can be split over 2, 3 or 4 days). Responsibilities: Match purchase invoices to purchase orders with precision. Post stock and miscellaneous purchase invoices to Sage seamlessly. Liaise with the purchasing department and suppliers to resolve queries quickly. Process month-end supplier payment runs and upload to HSBCnet for approval. Handle ad hoc payments to suppliers throughout the month. Reconcile supplier statements and USA transport spreadsheets diligently. Fill out credit application forms and set up new supplier credit accounts in Sage. Provide cover and assistance in other finance-related tasks as needed.Skills and Qualifications: Full driving licence is essential. Previous experience in Purchase Ledger is a must.
