Job Title: Lacquer Sprayer Location: NN4, Northampton Pay Rate: £15.00 per hour Hours of Work: Monday to Thursday: 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM Friday: 7:30 AM – 2:30 PMJob Overview: We are seeking an experienced Lacquer Sprayer to join our clients production team in NN4 Northampton. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and spraying lacquer finishes to a high standard on a range of components, ensuring consistent quality and attention to detail. Key Responsibilities: Prepare surfaces and materials for spraying (sanding, cleaning, masking, etc.) Mix and apply lacquer finishes using appropriate spraying equipment Ensure even coverage and smooth finishes to meet company quality standards Carry out touch-ups and corrections as required Maintain spray booths and equipment in clean, safe working condition Follow health and safety guidelines at all times Work to production targets and deadlinesRequirements: Previous experience in lacquer spraying or a similar finishing role Good understanding of surface preparation and finishing techniques Attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to work independently and as part of a team Reliable and punctual with a positive work ethicBenefits: Competitive hourly rate of £15.00 Early finish on Fridays Stable, full-time position in a well-established company
